Preparation

Gari Soakings: In a bowl or cup, add preferred quantity of sugar, milk of choice, peanut if preferable and water (coconut water recommended) to your premium gari and stir to desired consistency.

Eba: Boil water to desired temperature and add Ahodwo Premium Gari, stir, mould into balls and serve with stew or soup of choice.

Gari Foto: Pour Ahodwo Premium Gari into your preferred quantity of stew or soup of choice, stir and serve.

Ingredients: Fresh raw harvested cassava.
